You will oversee daily operations, labour, stock and costs while maintaining high standards and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Venue Manager or equivalent hospitality leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and retaining strong teams and driving results.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills with a front‑line leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume hospitality venue.
• Coach and develop a high-performing management and venue team.
• Foster a positive culture with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold high operational standards.
