EnergyAustralia is seeking a senior Digital UX/UI Designer for Customer Apps on a day-rate contract in Melbourne. You will design end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile apps, ensuring usable interfaces that support customer outcomes and comply with accessibility standards.

You will collaborate with product, technology and operations, use data and usability testing to iterate, and apply AI thoughtfully in the design process to accelerate hypothesis testing.

Qualificações

• 5+ years designing digital products end to end.
• Fluent in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Capability in discovery and evaluative research, including usability testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design problems in the digital experience layer (web and app) across flows and states.
• Partner with product, experience, technology, and operations to translate direction into buildable experiences.
• Optimize live experiences using usability testing, analytics and experimentation.
• Apply AI in the design craft to accelerate hypothesis testing.
