Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in User Interface Design.
• Strong understanding of UX disciplines and their interaction with design.
• Expertise in digital design best practices, inclusive design, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with business systems, tools, and industry-leading design techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Overview

One of our long standing federal government clients are seeking a User Interface Designer to join a long term program for key enterprise areas.You will guide the research, selection, design, and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring they meet the agency's standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will:

• Apply user-centred design (UX) methodologies to create simple, effective, and accessible solutions.
• Develop and enhance consistency in products, patterns, and processes.
• Provide expert advice on usability principles.
• Define and analyse complex user needs and business requirements, iterating designs to achieve optimal outcomes.
