Job summary

Beca is seeking a Senior Associate – Transmission Line Engineering to join our Power team and lead the delivery of transmission line projects across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, build strategic client relationships, mentor staff and help grow our transmission capability.

The role combines technical design excellence with project leadership and opportunities in business development to strengthen our energy infrastructure portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of transmission line projects across the project lifecycle, developing practical and innovative solutions for high‑voltage transmission networks.
• Building strong relationships with clients, project teams and technical specialists to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes and support project and business growth opportunities.
• Applying your expertise in transmission line design, including PLS-CADD and/or TOWER, while mentoring engineers and promoting engineering excellence across the Power team.
