Job summary

Beca’s Power team is seeking a Senior Associate – Transmission Line Engineering to lead the delivery of high‑voltage transmission projects across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll mentor engineers, build strong client relationships and apply expertise in transmission line design using PLS-CADD and/or TOWER, guiding projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Chartered status or pursuing chartership).
• Proven experience delivering transmission line projects across HV networks.
• Experience with PLS-CADD and/or TOWER.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of transmission line projects across the project lifecycle.
• Build strong client relationships and support project growth.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence within the Power team.
• Support project pursuits and client engagement activities.
