Beca Pty. Ltd. seeks a Senior Associate – Transmission Line Engineering to lead HV transmission projects across Australia and New Zealand. You will mentor engineers, build client relationships and help grow our Power team’s capability.

You’ll hold an Engineering degree, chartered status (or commitment), and proven design experience with PLS-CADD or TOWER delivering complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and Chartered status (or commitment to chartership).
• Proven experience delivering transmission line projects across HV networks with technical leadership.
• Strong design capability in transmission line design, including PLS-CADD and/or TOWER.
• Experience building client relationships, leading project delivery and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others and influencing teams for growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical delivery of transmission line projects across the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients, project teams and technical specialists.
• Apply expertise in transmission line design using PLS-CADD and/or TOWER; mentor engineers.
• Support project pursuits and client engagement to grow transmission line capability.
