Job summary

CMC Markets ANZ is seeking a Senior Transformation Programme Manager to own the end-to-end improvement of client pathways across ANZ, from diagnosing broken processes to a fully adopted solution.

You’ll lead initiatives across onboarding journeys, vendor transitions and business cases, operating in a regulated financial services environment with a strong focus on governance and stakeholder leadership. You must have full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation or change programmes in a regulated financial services environment.
• Ability to translate business strategy into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation lifecycle across four connected areas: strategy and mobilisation, process improvement, vendor management, governance and leadership.
• Diagnose root causes and design future-state journeys with Product, Technology and Data teams.
• Onboard and transition vendors and protect service continuity post-launch.
• Influence senior stakeholders to secure timely decisions while managing risk, compliance and audit-readiness.
