Job summary

EY invites expressions of interest for Business Consulting roles across Australia. Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers will work with public and private sector clients on transformation, supply chain, finance transformation and operating model design, using data and AI-enabled solutions to deliver outcomes.

You will join teams across EY offices with travel as needed; flexible arrangements may be available. We value curiosity, adaptability, strong analytical skills and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in business consulting, transformation or operational improvement engagements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse data and turn findings into clear recommendations and business outcomes.
• Exposure to enterprise systems, digital transformation and technology, data or AI-enabled solutions. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, BlackLine, Tagetik, Power BI or similar tools is highly regarded.
• Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Consultants contribute to the analysis, design and delivery of transformation engagements, supporting activities such as process mapping, assessments, operating model design and the delivery of practical client outcomes.
• Senior Consultants lead workstreams, engage stakeholders and translate challenges into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
• Managers oversee complex engagements, mentor teams, manage client relationships and drive innovation through technology and AI-enabled solutions.
