Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Principal Transformation Consultant – Organisational Change Management to join our Sydney team. This senior client-facing role leads change management across complex transformation programs, with an initial SAP focus.

You will partner with executive stakeholders to design strategies that drive readiness, accelerate adoption and realise lasting outcomes. Beyond client delivery, you’ll contribute to practice growth, thought leadership and business development, while

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience leading Organisational Change Management within complex programs.
• Demonstrated delivery of change for large SAP transformations.
• Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders through change.
• Expertise in enterprise change strategy, readiness, communications and adoption.
• Experience designing governance, impact assessment and benefits frameworks.
• Strong understanding of organisational behaviour and human-centered approaches.
• Experience with ERP, digital or enterprise modernization programs alongside delivery teams.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead Organisational Change Management across large-scale programs including SAP initiatives.
• Design and deliver change strategies, adoption roadmaps and readiness plans.
• Partner with executive sponsors to define outcomes and manage adoption risks.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Develop governance frameworks, metrics and adoption dashboards.
• Coach leaders and sponsors to embed sustainable change capability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology and SAP partners.
• Identify and manage risks, resistance and dependencies throughout transformation.
