Job summary
DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Principal Transformation Consultant – Organisational Change Management to join our Sydney team. This senior, client-facing role leads change across complex transformation programs, with a focus on SAP-enabled initiatives, partnering with executives to craft strategies that boost readiness, adoption and business outcomes.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate change into program delivery while contributing to practice development,
Qualifications
- 12+ years leading Organisational Change Management in large-scale business/tech transformations.
- Experience delivering change for SAP-enabled initiatives and across ERP/digital/modernisation programs.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead OCM across large transformation programs, including SAP-based initiatives.
- Design adoption roadmaps, readiness plans and change governance frameworks.
- Partner with executive sponsors to define outcomes and manage adoption risks.
- Develop change metrics and dashboards to measure readiness and outcomes.
- Coach leaders and teams to embed sustainable change capability.
