Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a senior Principal Transformation Consultant specializing in Organisational Change Management (OCM) to join our Sydney team. This client-facing role leads OCM across large-scale business and technology transformations, starting with a major SAP upgrade for a valued client.

You will partner with executive stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise change strategies that drive readiness, accelerate adoption, and realise lasting business outcomes while growing DXC's

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience leading Organisational Change Management.
• Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and advise on change.
• Sydney-based with on-site client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Organisational Change Management across large-scale transformations including SAP initiatives.
• Design enterprise change strategies, adoption roadmaps, readiness plans.
• Partner with executives to define outcomes and manage adoption risks.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice growth.
