Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to coordinate, deliver and support learning across the Operational Services Department at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. You will design, develop and improve training resources to help staff work safely, confidently and effectively.

This role requires strong communication, planning and digital learning skills, with the ability to evaluate training needs and report on progress to managers.

Your new role:

As Senior Training Coordinator, you will coordinate, deliver and support training and learning activities across the Operational Services Department. You'll play a key role in identifying learning needs, developing contemporary training resources and delivering programs that support staff to perform their roles efficiently, safely and in line with Queensland Health requirements.

You will,
