Job summary

Job Pathways in Kununurra, WA is seeking a Senior Officer Training and Compliance to coordinate and deliver training, coaching, induction and workforce development across RAES. The role focuses on building workforce capability and ensuring compliant service delivery across remote locations.

You will translate policy changes into practical learning activities, monitor training outcomes and travel to regional sites to provide on-site support.

Qualifications

• Program compliance experience within government-funded employment services.
• Strong understanding of RAES contractual requirements, guidelines and service delivery expectations.
• Experience delivering training, induction, onboarding, coaching or workforce capability development.
• Ability to analyse audit findings, data and workplace practices to identify training needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating requirements into clear guidance and practical resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one coaching, mentoring, group training and workplace learning to frontline staff.
• Coordinate induction activities for new RAES employees, including training on ECSN, program requirements and service delivery expectations.
• Develop and maintain presentations, facilitator guides, checklists, training resources and practical workplace tools.
• Translate contractual requirements, policy changes, operational guidance and audit findings into clear and practical learning activities.
• Identify recurring knowledge or capability gaps and develop targeted training responses.
• Monitor training participation, completion and effectiveness to support continuous improvement and compliant practice.
• Travel to regional and remote service locations to provide face-to-face training, coaching and on-site support.
