The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking a motivated Human Resources Support Officer to join the HR and Safety Team in Kununurra. You will provide essential admin support across HR, payroll and WHS, including recruitment, inductions, and training coordination.

Applicants need strong organisational skills, confidentiality and a current WA driver's licence; a National Police Clearance is required prior to interviews. Knowledge of local government HR systems is advantageous.

Formación

• Relevant experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Work Health and Safety in an administrative role.
• Strong organisational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain records accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with recruitment processes including onboarding, crossboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate inductions for new employees and staff training.
• Provide administration support across HR, Payroll and WHS functions and maintain HR records.
