Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous systems programs, including XL-AUV initiatives. You will manage schedules, coordinate test events, and partner with hardware, product, and test operations to ensure timely outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in autonomous systems or software, strong governance of Agile/Waterfall, and the ability to obtain NV2 clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or software development.
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply them.
Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 security clearance.
Experience using Jira and Confluence for project execution.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day schedules and engineering management of an integrated project team.
Plan, coordinate and execute test events involving software and hardware.
Demonstrate ownership and trusted partnership to Anduril’s engineers.
Execute on broad, ambiguous requirements to deliver outcomes across multiple programs.
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and drive progress.
Partner with engineering leaders to scale program execution and team velocity.
Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and departments.
Track and communicate progress of programs and define status processes.
