Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced programme leader to own the XL vehicle system from development to production. You will work with the Director of Platforms, combining rigorous systems engineering with hands-on architecture discussions, interfaces management and verification strategies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated systems engineering capability across complex systems.
• Delivery experience across hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with scaled agile delivery across multiple teams.
• Experience engaging with engineers as a peer on architecture and estimates.
• Eligible to obtain Australian Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own programme planning end to end for the XL vehicle system, including scoping and sequencing.
• Stand up and run scaled agile cadence across the vehicle programme with up to ~100 engineers.
• Implement and maintain robust project management methodologies across the programme.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks with engineers to develop mitigation plans.
• Engage with architecture, interfaces, and verification approaches to catch issues early.
• Partner with discipline leads to test and align scope with schedules and resources.
• Translate system requirements into a sequenced plan for integration and testing.
• Manage interfaces across production, supply chain, and test to resolve conflicts.
• Lead re-planning and communicate changes and technical consequences clearly.
• Own the technical narrative in design reviews, milestones, and executive updates.
