Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of unmanned maritime and air systems. You will manage schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive test events for software and hardware integrations.

You will partner with engineering leaders to ensure program milestones are met, manage risks, and drive cross-team collaboration. The role requires strong technical aptitude, program-management discipline, and the ability to operate with limited direction.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical program management, engineering management, or related roles in autonomous systems, robotics, or software.
Solid understanding of software/hardware lifecycles, risks, and delivery challenges.
Experience applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.
Ability to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day schedules and engineering management for an integrated project team.
Plan, coordinate and execute test events involving software and hardware components.
Demonstrate ownership and become a trusted partner to engineers; drive delivery of outcomes across multiple programs.
Navigate ambiguous requirements to deliver on time; manage cross-team dependencies and escalations.
Collaborate with product, hardware, test operations, and other partners to align milestones.
Define efficient processes to communicate program status across groups and stakeholders.
Mentor teams to improve velocity and scale program execution.
