Job summary

Ticketek Entertainment Group in Adelaide seeks a Client Ticketing Services Manager to join our Ticketek team and work with SA venues and premier events. You will drive high standards of service delivery across client accounts and coordinate with marketing, web, technology and finance to ensure consistent results.

The role requires flexibility to work outside business hours and on weekends, with on-site presence at events and a focus on building strong client relationships, process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in client services or event/ticketing is preferred.
• Ability to liaise with multiple internal departments (marketing, web, technology, finance).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain client relationships, delivering accurate build requirements and insights.
• Master the ticketing system to create and manage events and oversee end-to-end operations on event days.
• Provide on-site testing and engagement during events, manage Box Office staff and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to execute promotional strategies.
• Support business development with value-added solutions to increase ticket sales and brand presence.
