Worley in Brisbane is seeking a Lead Cost Controller to join our Australia team. You will lead TIC/TICUM cost control, forecast cash flow, develop ETCs and EACs, and provide actionable cost insights to project leadership.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in cost control on underground mining, resources, infrastructure, or major capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing TIC/TICUM, forecasting, change control, and project performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of earned value, commitments, accruals, cash flow, and cost forecasting.
• Experience with EcoSys, Power BI, ERP systems, and integrated project controls environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead TIC/TICUM cost control, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain estimates to complete (ETCs), estimate at completion (EACs), cash flow forecasts, and cost performance reporting.
• Monitor actual costs, commitments, accruals, progress, and earned value performance.
• Manage trends, changes, and forecast impacts across the program.
• Ensure alignment between cost, schedule, progress, risk, and commercial data.
• Drive cost governance and reporting through EcoSys, Power BI, and related systems.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and quality assurance to project cost control teams.
• Support project and program leadership with actionable cost insights and recommendations.
