Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to join our Australia team, supporting the successful delivery of major capital programs. The role focuses on cost management, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting, partnering with project leadership to drive informed decisions and predictable outcomes.

You will lead cost control activities, develop budgets and cash flows, identify risks and opportunities, drive forecasting accuracy, and mentor junior controllers within a flexible and hybrid

Qualifications

• Extensive cost control experience in mining, energy, infrastructure, or EPCM.
• Proven forecasting, EVM, cost analytics, and change management skills.
• Experience supporting project managers and senior stakeholders on large capital programs.
• Advanced proficiency with EcoSys, Primavera P6, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control, forecasting, and performance reporting for major capital projects.
• Develop and maintain budgets, EACs, ETCs, cash flow, and cost performance metrics.
