Job summary

Bridge IT Engineering is seeking experienced Senior Test Analysts to support a Federal Government client in Canberra or Melbourne. The role focuses on testing and quality assurance in security-focused ICT environments, developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and managing defects.

Candidates should have ISTQB or equivalent, strong Jira/Confluence experience, and excellent analytical and communication skills to ensure traceability from requirements to test outcomes.

Qualifications

• : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios and test cases.
• Conduct system integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, prioritise and manage defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and technical stakeholders to understand system architecture, integrations and dependencies.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, acceptance criteria and test outcomes.
• Produce high-quality testing documentation, reports and metrics.
• Coordinate testing activities, manage priorities and evaluate testing outcomes.
• Communicate testing progress, risks and issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bridge IT Engineering is seeking experienced Senior Test Analysts to support a Federal Government client. This opportunity will see successful candidates working in complex, security-focused ICT environments, contributing to the testing and quality assurance of critical systems and services. The successful candidates will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, identify and manage defects, and ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
