Job summary

Optus is seeking a Service Delivery Provisioning Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and activation of complex telecom services. You will manage a team of ~10 Network Engineers and oversee order-to-activation across voice, data and connectivity offerings.

You will shape operational strategy, govern outsourced partners, and drive automation across a changing portfolio as we move toward NaaS and SASE convergence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications, Electronics or IT.
• 8+ years in telecommunications with leadership in provisioning.
• Experience with OSS/BSS and order management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery provisioning operations across Optus catalog.
• Coach and performance-manage a team of Network Engineers.
• Govern outsourced partners with quality standards and KPIs.
• Escalation authority for complex provisioning issues and blockers.
• Track cycle time, SLA, backlog, and vendor quality with leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Network Ops for readiness.
