Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Senior Technology Officer to deliver high-quality ICT support across sites via on-site and remote service delivery. You will configure, monitor, and support complex ICT environments while resolving incidents within agreed service levels.

You will apply eHealth Queensland incident management practices, document procedures, and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent, professional ICT services and strong customer focus across the team.

Job description

As the Senior Technology Officer, you will provide high-quality ICT support to Queensland Health sites through both on-site and remote service delivery, ensuring reliable and effective technology outcomes. You will utilise your technical expertise in the operational management of voice and data technologies to configure, maintain, monitor and support complex ICT environments, while investigating and resolving incidents within agreed service levels. Working collaboratively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, you will deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
