Job summary

ClickHouse is growing its global Support Engineering team and seeks a Technical Support Engineer to join. This role is customer-facing, handling cases, chat, Slack, and video meetings, supporting users worldwide with ClickHouse Cloud and open-source products.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Go to Market, and Product Management, mentor peers, and contribute to documentation, training, and best practices. The position is remote but applicants must reside in Australia.

Qualifications

• Breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or ClickHouse Cloud.
• Experience in roles like Support Engineer, Consultant, DBA, SRE, Solutions Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 global support environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communications; remote work capable.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings.
• Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and Open-Source for documentation, blogs, webinars, and training.
• Collaborate with Support Services, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Product Management to define user-required functionality.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers.
