Job summary

RecordPoint is seeking a Solutions/Sales Engineer to work in a hybrid capacity from our Sydney or Melbourne offices. You will lead technical engagements with customers, craft compelling solutions, and collaborate across product, engineering and marketing to demonstrate RecordPoint’s platform value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a solutions or sales engineering role at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
• Experience with enterprise content management or regulated industries is preferred.

• Identify customer pain points and design innovative technical solutions.
• Present to customers in person and remotely to demonstrate value.
• Create technical solutions and POCs with engineering support.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
