Job summary

Mine Vision Systems is building the Mine Intelligence Platform for underground mining. The role focuses on training, support, and consulting to customers, including onboarding, adoption, and ROI validation. You will own Australia and APAC engagements, collaborate with regional teams, and pursue expansion opportunities while traveling up to 50%.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in underground mining, a Geology/Engineering degree, and strong communication. Location: Australia (Perth preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years underground mining experience in Technical Services preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Geology, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance technical delivery with account ownership and commercial awareness.
• Self-starter who learns new technologies quickly.
• Experience with underground mapping, modeling, and/or engineering software.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Location: Australia, ideally located in Perth.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, technical support, and consulting services to customers, including onboarding and value realization.
• Serve as primary technical owner for customers in Australia and APAC, ensuring engagement and adoption.
• Collaborate with regional team to drive business development and industry awareness.
• Identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities with Sales and GTM teams.
• Support evaluations, pilots, and conversion initiatives; reinforce ROI post-deployment.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
