Worley is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Geotechnical Engineer - Mining based in Melbourne. The role offers opportunities across open pit and underground projects with domestic and international travel.

You will contribute to the Geosciences practice, lead project delivery, and engage clients to secure work. Ideal candidates bring mining geotechnical expertise, registration with a professional body, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in mining operations and/or consulting.
• Tertiary qualifications in geotechnical engineering, rock mechanics or related discipline.
• Registration with an appropriate professional institution.
• Capability to contribute to business development and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and lead a zero-harm safety culture within Worley Consulting.
• Lead delivery through teamwork and effective project management.
• Support growth of the Geosciences business via sound project delivery and client engagement.
• Lead or support proposal preparation, submission and conversion for opportunities.
• Contribute to Geosciences strategy and tactical framework.
• Collaborate with other Worley teams locally and globally on opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, clients and Worley personnel.
• Manage opportunities and projects with strong technical capability and compliance.
