Job summary

Danfoss in Melbourne, Australia is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth in industrial refrigeration. You will act as the trusted technical expert, translating customer needs into effective solutions and leading the technical sale process with regional sales teams and product specialists.

You’ll deliver technical presentations, build relationships with key decision-makers, and stay ahead of market trends while traveling as needed to support clients.

Qualifications

Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration or related field.
Experience in industrial refrigeration and natural refrigerants (ammonia/CO2).
Ability to travel interstate or overseas to support clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and translating client challenges into solutions using our product portfolio.
Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers and internal teams, building relationships with key decision-makers.
Deliver technical presentations and workshops to demonstrate value and competitive advantages.
Provide market insights and feedback to influence product roadmap and strategy.
