Job summary

Department of Health Victoria is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to deliver and continuously improve M365 ICT solutions that support secure, reliable digital services across the department. You will work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into fit-for-purpose M365 offerings.

The role emphasises security, scalability and user-centered ICT solutions aligned with enterprise standards, in a Melbourne-based public health environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT or related degree would be highly advantageous.
• PRINCE2 or other project management methodology certification is desirable.
• Detailed understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services with the ability to deliver secure, scalable ICT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business and security requirements into fit-for-purpose M365 solutions.

The Senior Technical Analyst plays a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 (M365) ICT solutions that support secure, reliable and efficient digital services across DH and DFFH under shared services arrangement. The role is responsible for working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical specialists to gather, analyse and translate business and security requirements into fit for purpose M365 solutions.

About you:

• A relevant IT related degree or qualification will be highly advantageous to this role.
• Certification in PRINCE 2 or other project management methodology is highly desirable.
• Detailed understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services, with the ability to leverage platform capabilities to deliver secure, scalable and user centred ICT solutions aligned with enterprise standards
