We're looking for a Senior Technical Advisor - Healthcare Infrastructure to support the delivery of the New Coomera Hospital on the Gold Coast.
Hello At TSA Riley, we're a team of over 1,000 experts helping clients realise the transformative power of built assets. Across infrastructure, transport, health, education and property, our work shapes how communities connect, live, work and grow.
If you've spent your career managing complex facilities, critical building services or ageing infrastructure, this is an opportunity to apply that experience to a new hospital—from design and construction through to commissioning and handover.
Working within the client-side team at Senior Project Manager level, you'll provide technical leadership across the hospital's engineering and building systems.
You’ll help ensure decisions made during design and construction deliver safe, reliable, maintainable and operationally ready systems. This includes coordinating clinical, operational, engineering and project stakeholders while constructively challenging consultants and contractors.
You don't need to be a career project manager. We're particularly interested in professionals who understand what it takes to operate and maintain complex facilities—and what they would do differently if given the opportunity to build from the ground up.
You're an experienced facilities, estates or building-services professional who understands how complex buildings operate in practice.
You may have managed engineering services across a hospital, university campus, health precinct or other critical facility, balancing operational requirements, maintenance priorities, asset renewal and capital works.
You’ll ideally bring:
Hospital or healthcare experience will be highly regarded, particularly in:
We'll also consider transferable experience from data centres, defence facilities, airports, university campuses and other complex or mission-critical environments.
Direct experience delivering a major construction project is not essential. Your practical experience operating and maintaining complex facilities may be exactly the perspective this project needs.
The New Coomera Hospital offers the opportunity to influence the engineering systems, operational performance and long-term maintainability of a significant new healthcare facility.
Rather than inheriting decisions made by others, you'll help shape how this hospital operates for decades to come.
