TSA Riley is a global team of over 1,000 experts delivering technical advisory across health, education, transport and property sectors. We are seeking a Senior Technical Advisor to support the New Coomera Hospital on the Gold Coast with leadership over hospital engineering and building systems.

Join a client-side team that balances design, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring safe, reliable and maintainable facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management experience in large operational facilities.
• Experience managing critical building systems within hospitals, campuses or health precincts.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and associated services.
• Experience supporting design, construction, commissioning or major capital works.
• Understanding of operational readiness, handover and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across engineering and building systems on the hospital project.
• Coordinate design reviews, submissions and proposed solutions.
• Manage interfaces between building services, ICT, security and medical equipment.
• Support commissioning, testing and verification activities.
• Advise senior stakeholders with clear technical insights.
