Job summary

TSA Riley is a global project consultancy with 1,000 experts delivering infrastructure projects worldwide. We are seeking Senior Project Managers and Project Directors to join our Darwin team, driving client-side delivery for utilities and other critical assets.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinating planning, design, procurement and construction, while guiding teams through scope, risk and turnkey handover. Hybrid work arrangements are available across Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

About The Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Senior Project Managers & Project Directors to join our growing team in Darwin. With a strong pipeline of work, particularly across the utilities sector, you'll support and lead the client-side delivery of infrastructure-led projects.

At TSA Riley, our focus is on transforming projects and adding real value for our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, or Project Director you will contribute across end-to-end project delivery, supporting planning, design coordination, procurement and construction activities. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities and internal teams to manage scope, program, risk, interfaces, delivery and turnkey handover.

You'll play an important role in driving project outcomes, supporting technical and commercial decision-making, and building strong, trusted client relationships across the Northern Territory.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, including electrical trade or design backgrounds.
• 10-20 years' delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects across various sectors, including the energy and power utilities sector, with experience gained on both client and/or consultancy sides preferred.
• Demonstrated exposure to electrical systems, such as power supply and distribution, communications, controls, substations or renewables, within broader project delivery environments. Experience with High Voltage distribution systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership capability, with demonstrated success coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Highly developed communication, problem-solving and commercial skills, with the ability to influence decisions and guide projects through all phases.
• A proactive, collaborative team player who takes initiative and can operate effectively in complex, technically driven project environments.
