Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (NV1) for Canberra to act as the primary technical liaison for a dedicated account. You will provide solutions, reproduce issues in lab environments, and coordinate with R&D to resolve product bugs.

You will track incidents, develop deployment best practices, and update guidance on new releases while conducting periodic site visits for managed accounts.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in technical support within networking/security.
• NV1 clearance or equivalent security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of data networking protocols and security products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for dedicated Fortinet account and provide technical solutions.
• Prioritize and track incidents; reproduce environments on lab equipment.
• Coordinate with R&D to resolve product issues and update knowledge bases.
• Create deployment best-practice docs and guide on new releases.
• Visit sites for managed accounts and maintain incident reports.
