Job summary

SAS is seeking a Senior Technical Support Account Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid working arrangement. You will provide post-sales support for enterprise-class SAS software, acting as a liaison across SAS divisions and advocating for customers throughout the lifecycle.

You will advise customers on SAS support activities, manage escalations, document progress, and coordinate resources to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in technical sales, systems engineering, project management, or customer support.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong problem resolution skills and customer advocacy.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations to various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic technical advisor to customers on SAS support activities.
• Coordinate problem escalation and provide status updates during resolution.
• Manage expectations and coordinate SAS resources to deliver support services.
• Develop knowledge of SAS solutions and how they fit with customers' environments.
