You will provide strategic legal guidance on technology‑driven products, compete and consumer law matters, privacy, and data protection while coordinating with teams across local and international offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Law degree and admission to relevant bar association.
• Experience in top tier Australian private practice or in-house.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written).

Responsibilities

• Advising on technology‑driven offerings, counselling business teams on a wide range of matters, negotiating strategic contracts, and working with other members of the legal department locally and internationally to ensure that relevant legal and regulatory requirements and risks are understood and managed.
• Providing ongoing legal advice on a wide range of legal areas, including in relation to competition and consumer law, privacy and data protection, advertising technology and other regulatory requirements.
