Job summary

You will advise on new and mature technology-driven offerings, counsel business teams, negotiate strategic contracts, and collaborate with local and international colleagues to ensure legal and regulatory requirements and risks are understood and managed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Law degree and admission to relevant bar.
• Experience in top-tier Australian private practice or in-house.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, oral).

Responsibilities

• Advise on new and mature technology-driven offerings and counsel business teams on a wide range of matters; negotiate strategic contracts.
• Provide ongoing legal advice on areas including competition and consumer law, privacy and data protection, advertising technology and other regulatory requirements.
