We are looking for a talented lawyer to join our legal team based in Sydney, Australia. Remote work from other cities or regions is not available.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Advising on new and mature technology‑driven offerings, counselling business teams on a wide range of matters, negotiating strategic contracts, and working with other members of the legal department locally and internationally to ensure that relevant legal and regulatory requirements and risks are understood and managed.
• Providing ongoing legal advice on a wide range of legal areas, including in relation to competition and consumer law, privacy and data protection, advertising technology and other regulatory requirements.

You must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged. The ability to effectively communicate complex matters, both verbally and in writing, is also essential. You will be expected to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross‑functional teams. You will work in a fast‑paced environment that is constantly changing, and will need to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in‑house work
