Responsibilities

Oversee technology operations during Australian business hours.
Monitor and coordinate resolution of technical issues; escalate to global teams.
Prioritise and communicate critical issues.
Partner with Australian managers and stakeholders to understand tech needs.
Translate requirements into actions, priorities and solutions.
Provide timely communication around incidents, system changes and projects.
Act as the primary contact between the Australian business, global Tech Team and CTO.
Coordinate across time zones to ensure continuity of technical support.
Work closely with developers, technical specialists and other stakeholders.
Manage relationships with Australian technology vendors and providers.
Monitor service performance and escalation processes.
