Job summary

Dynatrace Services seeks a skilled consultant to deliver deployment, training and managed services on the Dynatrace Unified Platform from Canberra. You will partner with enterprise customers and design dashboards to maximise platform value.

With 2+ years in APM or related IT disciplines, you’ll troubleshoot complex issues, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities while representing Dynatrace professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in APM or related IT disciplines.
• Hands-on with Java or .NET and modern web techs.
• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems and web apps.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Citrix).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to maximise value of their Dynatrace investment.
• Monitor application performance and availability; identify optimisation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Design and deliver dashboards, reporting, and observability solutions.
• Drive adoption of Dynatrace platform through onboarding and guidance.
• Deliver consulting services to improve outcomes and accelerate maturity.
• Maintain health and optimisation of Dynatrace deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams on growth opportunities.
• Provide clear project updates and stakeholder communications.
