Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT experience in application performance management, monitoring, or administration.
• 1+ years of software engineering and object-oriented programming experience.
• 1+ years of enterprise level .NET or Java development/support/operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client's critical application performance and availability.
• Summarize and review performance trends in operations status meetings.
• Assist client staff in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports for IT and business users.
• On-board additional applications for monitoring; mentor and train customers on the Dynatrace Platform.
