Job summary
Dynatrace is seeking a consultant to deliver services based on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, including deployment, training, and long-term managed services for client environments in Canberra and beyond. You will represent Dynatrace as a product expert and trusted advisor in digital transformation, ensuring high client satisfaction through professional communication and delivery of value.

Qualifications
- 2+ years IT experience in application performance management, monitoring, or administration.
- 1+ years of software engineering and object-oriented programming experience.
- 1+ years of enterprise level .NET or Java development/support/operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client's critical application performance and availability.
- Summarize and review performance trends in operations status meetings.
- Assist client staff in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of performance issues.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports for IT and business users.
- On-board additional applications for monitoring; mentor and train customers on the Dynatrace Platform.
