Job summary

Dynatrace Canberra seeks a Consultant to deliver services on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, from deployment and training to ongoing managed services. You will represent Dynatrace professionally and drive client satisfaction across engagements.

Responsibilities include monitoring critical applications, reviewing trends, onboarding new targets, and maintaining dashboards. You will mentor customers and help grow platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience presenting and delivering professional reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Dynatrace-based services including deployment, training, and managed services.
• Monitor and review performance trends; assist with root-cause analysis.
• Mentor customers and expand platform adoption with best practices.
