Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a consulting professional to deliver services based on the Dynatrace Unified Platform. The role includes deployment, training, and long-term managed services, with emphasis on client satisfaction and professional representation of Dynatrace as a product expert.

You will monitor important applications, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain dashboards while collaborating with sales to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT experience in application performance, monitoring, or admin domains.
• 1+ year in software engineering or OOP.
• 1+ year in .NET or Java development/support/ops.
• Experience with web programming (JavaScript, AJAX).
• Degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client’s critical application performance and availability.
• Summarize and review performance trends in status meetings.
• Assist with troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for IT and business users.
• On-board applications for monitoring; mentor and train customers.
