Job summary

ADP Consulting is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and professional services teams. You will partner with Section Leads and Directors on workforce planning, run full-cycle recruitment across disciplines and locations, and bring market insight into how we attract and compete for people.

Based in Australia, you will manage multiple live searches, build strong pipelines, and help shape the employer brand across channels including LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience with engineering, construction or technical professional services preferred.
• Confident presenting market data and salary benchmarks to senior stakeholders.

Bring current salary and market data into hiring conversations so offers are competitive

Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning so the organisation is ahead of gaps, not scrambling to fill them

Shape how ADP is presented as an employer, including presence on LinkedIn

About you

Solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally with exposure to engineering, construction or technical professional services

Confident holding your ground with senior stakeholders on market data and salary benchmarks

Genuinely organised — able to run multiple live searches without dropping the ball on candidate experience

Someone who wants to build a talent function, not just fill roles

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
