Job summary

ADP Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Manager, HR Solutions & Partner Enablement to shape our HR solutions strategy by uniting market expertise, partner ecosystems, and technology-driven innovation.

Based at Cremorne Head Office with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote), you will lead strategic initiatives across ANZ, translate workforce trends into actionable programs, and drive value for clients through partnerships and AI-enabled solutions.

As the Manager, HR Solutions & Partner Enablement, you will help shape ADP's HR solutions strategy by bringing together HR market expertise, partner ecosystems, and technology-driven innovation.

Leveraging your understanding of workforce trends, HR transformation, automation, and AI, you will help ensure ADP's offerings remain relevant, commercially compelling, and aligned with the evolving priorities of HR leaders.

As a member of the ANZ Leadership Team, you will provide strategic insight that helps shape ADP's growth, transformation, and market strategy across the region. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of HR solutions, drive innovation through partnerships and technology, and play a key role in helping ADP deliver greater value to clients across ANZ.

This role is based in our Cremorne Head Office. We offer hybrid working (3 days office/2 days remote).

About You,

You're a strategic HR, workforce technology, or transformation leader with a strong understanding of the evolving HR landscape across ANZ. Combining HR domain expertise with commercial acumen, you have a passion for technology, automation, and AI.

You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building trusted relationships with partners, clients, and senior stakeholders. You bring extensive experience working with partners, solutions providers, and broader ecosystems to strengthen market capability and drive business growth. With a strong market focus, you can translate emerging trends, workforce challenges, and customer needs into practical strategies that create measurable value.
