Job summary

You will partner with Section Leads and Directors on workforce planning, run full-cycle recruitment across disciplines and locations, and bring market insight into how we attract and compete for people.

Based in Australia, you will manage multiple live searches, build strong pipelines, and help shape the employer brand across channels including LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience with engineering, construction or technical professional services preferred.
• Confident presenting market data and salary benchmarks to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer across multiple disciplines and locations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Bring salary and market data into hiring conversations to ensure competitive offers.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning so the org is ahead of gaps.
• Shape ADP's employer brand and presence on LinkedIn.
