Snowy Hydro is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment across diverse business units. You will partner with senior leaders to map talent, set selection criteria, and guide best-practice assessment methodologies.
You will deliver a high-touch candidate experience, use multi-channel sourcing, and promote the company's EVP with a strong focus on diversity. The role sits in the People & Culture team, with relocation options and a preference for Cooma or Sydney
Snowy Hydro is a dynamic, integrated energy business that has been providing on-demand, reliable energy to Australia for generations. Snowy Hydro owns and operates a powerful combination of generation assets, including the iconic Snowy Hydro-electric Scheme, gas and diesel electricity generating plants, and contracted wind and solar energy in the National Electricity Market. We also provide electricity and gas to over 1.6 million retail customers through our retail brands Red Energy and Lumo Energy. Snowy 2.0, currently under construction, is Australia's largest committed renewable energy project. This nation-building project will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
At Snowy Hydro, we are powering Australia's transition to a clean, reliable energy future. To support our ongoing growth and deliver on critical, large-scale energy projects, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People & Culture team.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and hiring managers, you will combine proactive direct sourcing, talent mapping, and strategic guidance to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while driving a candidate-first culture.
This role is preferably based in Cooma, with a relocation package offered for those looking to relocate to the area, though Sydney will also be considered as an alternative base location. Minimum 3 days per week in the office with flexible working options.
