Job summary

IDEXX in Sydney is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment across ANZ. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to drive data-informed strategies, source top talent, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

You will build relationships with universities for early career hires, apply ANZ employment practices, and continually improve TA tools and processes, including adopting new AI-enabled workflows as they roll out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience advising and influencing hiring managers and HR on talent strategy and sourcing approaches.
• Experience using data and recruiting systems to manage pipelines and inform strategy.
• Experience contributing to TA tools, templates or processes.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across ANZ from profiling to offer and onboarding.
• Build tailored, data-informed recruitment strategies with hiring managers and HR.
• Source and screen candidates via networks, social media, job boards, referrals and agencies.
• Deliver a professional, positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Build partnerships with universities and external organisations for early career talent.
• Apply Australian and New Zealand employment practices with HR support as needed.
• Keep recruiting data accurate and use market data to recommend improvements and adopt new tools.
