Covetrus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across ANZ. You will own the ANZ TA strategy, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive end-to-end hiring for our wholesale distribution, technology solutions, and training divisions.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in TA leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of reducing external agency spend

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role or similar.
• Proven success recruiting mid to senior-level talent across functions.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own ANZ Talent Acquisition strategy and partner with stakeholders.
• Lead commercially focused recruitment operations, budgets and partnerships.
• Utilize AI and automation to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and provide data-driven insights.
• Coach hiring managers and embed best-practice recruitment methods.
