• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams at various levels.
• Experience influencing stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading systems engineering activities for Smart Implant Systems product development projects.
• Define system architecture, product requirements and maintain requirement traceability.
• Drive system-level design decisions, issue resolution and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead feature development from requirements to design, verification and deployment.
• Support regulatory submissions through high-quality technical documentation.
