Cochlear has an opportunity for a fulltime Embedded Software Engineering Manager based in our Sydney, Macquarie Park office. In this leadership role, you will be accountable for the delivery, quality, and technical execution of a squad responsible for developing embedded software features that support Cochlear's industry‑leading hearing solutions. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strong people leadership, ensuring your team delivers highly reliable products while continuing to build capability for the future. Working closely with Architects, Systems Engineers, Program Managers, Quality teams, and Product stakeholders, you'll help shape the technical direction of our embedded software platform while creating an environment where engineers can do their best work.
